I have been working in IT for nearly 20 years. In this time, I have passed various MCP exams, Network + and gone on to earn my MCSA and MCSE Certifications.
More recently, I have found a passion for Microsoft’s Active Directory with particular focus on security and auditing. My goal for this blog is to detail what I would consider to be a Gold Standard directory service, along with how to deploy it.
Each directory will be different, so this will focus on more high level design aspects, however it will go through what to consider for some of the low level designs.
I am open to suggestions and challenges so feel free to comment with your feedback.
